The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the day to day marketing activities of the organization as well as the creation and execution of our long term marketing strategy.

In this role, you’ll get to:
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives in line with our company objectives
  • Create and execute marketing plans for our new launches
  • Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish

Our growing Indianapolis based media company is looking for a Creative Merchandising Coordinator to join our rapidly growing, fast-paced team. We are looking for a Creative Merchandising Coordinator who enjoys the creative side of merchandising just as much as coordinating the logistics. The Creative Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for creating and sourcing merchandise for our online merch store – with a focus on having new products every launch. The ideal candidate will be skilled at coordinating and planning launches far in advance, and never rushing at the last minute. If you have that unique balance of creativity and coordination, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you’ll get to:
  • Come up with apparel and accessory design inspiration for six launches per year
  • Design (brainstorm) and coordinate all of the merch in our store
  • Coordinate design and production logistics with our merch partner
  • Sample and approve all items for production
  • Work with our operations manager to finalize pricing (COGS vs. MSRP)
  • Plan and coordinate photoshoots for every launch
  • Work closely with the fan club manager and marketing manager to keep them up-to-date on all operations so they can appropriately plan promotion and respond to fans/customers
  • Continuously find ways to improve our merch store
  • Help us grow the business by growing the merch store

Our growing Indianapolis based media company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our rapidly growing, fast-paced team. We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who is a true crime fanatic. The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for interacting and engaging with customers and creating a unique experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to efficiently and effectively follow up on all customer questions and comments across multiple platforms like email, social media, and other systems we use to interact with customers. This individual must be great at completing a lot of tasks on a daily basis, including responding to over 100+ emails per day, sending merchandise to customers, and collaborating with the internal team on other tasks, all while fulfilling other responsibilities for the role.
