Did your mug arrive with a broken handle? Is the shirt you ordered too big? If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Crime Junkie can process returns up to 14 days from the date that your item was delivered.

Please include your name, order number, and the email address you used when checking out.
If your purchase is:
- Broken or defective: Please provide proof of damage with a photo. If the item is in stock, we can ship you a replacement. If we are out of stock we can issue you a refund.
- Unwanted: If you no longer want an item you can be refunded for the item’s cost plus tax. Item must be in original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, and include original tags.
Any refunds will be processed within 10 days of the item’s delivery back to us.
Because of our limited stock, we can’t offer exchanges. The best way to exchange an item is to re-order the item you want and then process your first purchased item as a return.
