Rajesh Talwar was arrested for the murders of his daughter, Aarushi, and his employee, Hemraj Banjade in 2008.

Nupur (left) and Rajesh (right) Talwar were sentenced to life in prison for the murders of Aarushi Talwar and Hemraj Banjade.
In March of 2018, Rajesh and Nupur Talwar were exonerated and released from prison.
