When Jubilee ‘Maile’ Lum’s body is discovered in a trash bag outside of a dumpster, the lack of evidence quickly leads to her case going cold. But when other homicides on O’ahu and Kaua’i start to feel similar, investigators wonder if the same killer may be responsible for all of the deaths.
