When 11-year-old Shauna Howe doesn’t come home from a Girl Scouts Halloween party, her mother Lucy immediately fears the worst. And when Shauna’s body is found in a creek bed a few days later, it sets off a 13-year nightmare that is only resolved when investigators make a shocking discovery.
