Redeem a Gift Code

That’s so exciting that you received a gift code for a Crime Junkie Fan Club membership! Feel free to follow the steps below for assistance with redeeming your gift code:

 

First-time Fan Club Member?

  1. Visit https://crimejunkie.app/welcome/sign-up via a web browser app
  2. Enter your email address, confirm your email, and create a password
  3. Click “I have a gift code”
  4. Enter your gift code
    1. We recommend making sure there are no spaces before or after the code as well as copying and pasting the code directly into the box
  5. Click “Create Account”
  6. You will be prompted to input your billing information if you’d like to continue your membership upon expiration of your gift code. At the bottom of this page, there is an option to skip this step and enter your information later if you so choose.
  7. Don’t forget to create a profile for the app!
  8. Lastly, download the Crime Junkie app to sign in and start listening!

 

Existing Fan Club Member?

  1. Visit https://crimejunkie.app/welcome/sign-in and sign into your Crime Junkie account
  2. Navigate to your profile
  3. Choose the option to “Redeem a Gift Membership”
  4. Enter your gift code
    1. We recommend making sure there are no spaces before or after the code as well as copying and pasting the code directly into the box
  5. Next, you may be prompted to input your billing information, however, you can bypass this step if you so choose.

Existing Patreon Members: Make sure you cancel your Patreon membership now to prevent being billed during your gift!

Returning Fan Club Member?

  1. Visit https://crimejunkie.app/welcome/sign-in and sign into your Crime Junkie account
  2. After signing in, you may be prompted that your membership has expired
  3. Click “Continue” on the membership expiration pop-up
  4. From there, you’ll be redirected to manage your membership, however, click on the back arrow at the top left corner
  5. Click on the “Redeem a Gift Membership” button
  6. Enter your gift code
    1. We recommend making sure there are no spaces before or after the code as well as copying and pasting the code directly into the box.
  7. Next, you may be prompted to input your billing information, however, you can bypass this step if you so choose.
