Robert is believed to have possibly been active as early as 1970, all the way up until his arrest for Heather Church in 1995. His lengthiest jail sentence prior to his final arrest lasted from around early 1986 to around early 1987 at the latest. His known and suspected crimes stretch through Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Washington, California, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Oklahoma, although maybe not in that order.
