When a young girl vanishes in the summer of 1983 from the streets of Rome, Italy, after a music lesson, her family begins a desperate search for her. But this girl isn’t your average teenager, she’s a Vatican Girl who lives behind the mysterious, imposing gates of Vatican City. And while her family just wants her back, the search for answers about her disappearance leads to a public frenzy spanning several decades and the discovery of conspiracies and corruption that may go all the way to the top of Vatican City’s leadership
