MISSING: Kiplyn Davis

Play episode

In 1995, one of our listeners from Kentucky was high school pen pals with girl named Kiplyn Davis from Spanish Fork, Utah. One day the Spanish Fork Police called our listener looking for answers. Kiplyn had gone missing. Kiplyn’s story takes over 16 years to unfold and even though a few young men have been accused of and pled guilty to murder, no one has ever found Kiplyn or her remains.

This was Tim in 2011 when he walked into court to finally tell the family what happened to Kiplyn. He gave them the story of how she died, saying that she was murdered in Spanish Fork Canyon. He saw an associate strike Kiplyn in the head with a rock twice and hide her body, and that later they returned to move her body to another location. Even after telling his story, he refused to say who actually killed her and where her body is.
