A friend of Kevin’s and his wife visit Kevin and Dianna in their home.

7:45pm

Kevin and his friend leave to go purchase drugs.

10:30pm

Kevin and his friend return, and Kevin leaves again to take his brother somewhere. The friend and his wife leave as well.

10:45pm

Kevin returns home again. He and Dianna begin watching a movie.

Around midnight

Kevin and Dianna have sex, then finish the movie in their bedroom.

Around 2am

Dianna is found in their home clinging to life, with visible head trauma.

Dianna wakes from her coma, unable to speak and with significant memory loss.

Kevin Green is arrested for the attempted murder and assault of Dianna, as well as the murder of her unborn baby.

Kevin Green is found guilty of second-degree murder, attempted murder, and assault with a deadly weapon. He is sentenced to 15 years to life.

June 21, 1996

Officials announce that DNA evidence has linked Gerald Parker to Dianna’s attack, as well as five other murders.

October 20, 1998
October 20, 1998

Gerald Parker is found guilty on six counts of first-degree murder. He is sentenced to death.
